We had a great stay at the hotel with its genuine Taiwanese style and very helpful staff. The location is convenient, as we could easily walk to the night markets, temple, and shopping streets. Additionally, it was one of the cheapest hotels in the center of the city. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, and transportation was accessible. The breakfast was full of local flavors, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff made black coffee specially for us.

Spent New Year at a hotel in the bustling heart of a Taiwanese city. Loved the helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate me with a black coffee for breakfast, even though it was not part of the menu! The best aspects were the location, couldn't believe it was the cheapest option as all attractions were at walking distance. I was able to explore two night markets, the temple, and shopping streets just by stepping out.
Rooms could have been better. Generally, they were outdated and needed a refresh.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make me a black coffee in the morning, even though it wasn't on the breakfast menu. I loved the fact that the hotel was located at the heart of the city, just a quick walk away from two night markets, a temple, and shopping streets.
